How long will my order take?<\/summary>\n

Your order is processed within 24 hours and delivery follows within 7 working days in mainland France. That is the real time frame, not an optimistic one: our products come straight from the manufacturer. You receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

Is shipping really free?<\/summary>\n

Yes, within mainland France, with no minimum order and nothing added at the payment stage. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

Where is my order?<\/summary>\n

Enter your order number and the email used, on the Suivre ma commande<\/a>. The carrier tracking is also emailed to you as soon as it ships.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

Do you deliver to Belgium, Switzerland or overseas?<\/summary>\n

For now, we deliver to mainland France and Corsica. Write to us from the Contact<\/a> if you are elsewhere: we answer case by case.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

Will I have customs charges to pay?<\/summary>\n

No. Import duties are already settled: you have nothing to pay the postman or the carrier on delivery.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/section>\n

Products and compatibility<\/h2>\n
Will it fit my car?<\/summary>\n

Compatibility is stated on each product page. For CarPlay screens and adapters, what counts is your phone's version and whether there is a factory screen, not the make of the vehicle. If you are unsure about your model, write to us before ordering: we would rather answer a question than process a return.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

How do you choose between the versions?<\/summary>\n

Every version is described with its price on the product page. When a difference really changes the use \u2014 size, capacity, whether a battery is included \u2014 it is explained in the long description, below the photos.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

Is there a warranty?<\/summary>\n

Yes, the two-year statutory guarantee of conformity applies, on top of the 14-day right of withdrawal. A product that fails within that time is taken back or replaced.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/section>\n

Payment and returns<\/h2>\n
Which payment methods do you accept?<\/summary>\n

Bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment goes through Stripe: we never see your card number.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

What if the product isn't right for me?<\/summary>\n

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, with no reason to give \u2014 that is your right of withdrawal. The exact terms are on the Shipping & returns<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

How does a refund work?<\/summary>\n
