We choose suppliers who hold forward stock in Europe, and your order leaves them as soon as it is confirmed. That is what lets us hold to seven days while keeping the price down and the postage free \u2014 but it remains slower than shipping from a depot of our own.<\/p>\n<p>Seven working days is the maximum we undertake to meet, not an average: most orders arrive sooner. Should something make us exceed it \u2014 a holiday period, a customs check, a carrier incident \u2014 we write to you without waiting to be asked, and you can cancel and be refunded.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cc-doc__bloc\">\n<h3 id=\"suivi\">Tracking<\/h3>\n<p>As soon as your parcel ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. It usually goes live within 48 to 72 hours: a number showing nothing on day one is perfectly normal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cc-doc__bloc\">\n<h3 id=\"zones-desservies\">Where we deliver<\/h3>\n<p>We deliver to mainland France. For Corsica, the French overseas departments and regions, or another EU country, write to us before ordering: we check feasibility and transit time before confirming anything.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cc-doc__bloc\">\n<h3 id=\"colis-non-recu\">Parcel not received<\/h3>\n<p>If the maximum stated time has passed, get in touch. We open an enquiry with the carrier, and if the parcel is lost you get a replacement or a full refund \u2014 your choice. You should not have to carry the cost of a failed delivery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"cc-doc__section\">\n<h2 id=\"retours\">Returns and refunds<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cc-doc__bloc\">\n<h3 id=\"retractation\">You have 14 days to change your mind<\/h3>\n<p>From the day you receive your order, you have fourteen days to tell us you are cancelling your purchase, <strong>without having to give a reason<\/strong>. This is your right of withdrawal under the French Consumer Code.<\/p>\n<p>To use it, simply write to us quoting your order number and the item concerned. A letter or an email is enough; no complicated form is required.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cc-doc__bloc\">\n<h3 id=\"renvoyer\">How to send the item back<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"cc-etapes\">\n<li>Tell us within fourteen days of delivery.<\/li>\n<li>We confirm the return address by reply.<\/li>\n<li>Send the complete item back, in a resaleable condition, within fourteen days of your request.<\/li>\n<li>Keep your proof of postage: it triggers the refund even if the parcel takes a while to reach us.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"cc-note\"><strong>Return postage is at your expense<\/strong>, as the law permits. We say so clearly here so that you do not find out at the moment you want to return something.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cc-doc__bloc\">\n<h3 id=\"remboursement\">Refund timescale<\/h3>\n<p>The refund is issued within fourteen days of us receiving the item or of proof of its dispatch, to the payment method used for the order. You are refunded the price of the item together with any original delivery charge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cc-doc__bloc\">\n<h3 id=\"produit-defectueux\">Faulty, broken or misdescribed item<\/h3>\n<p>This is different from changing your mind, and it costs you nothing.<\/p>\n<p>Send us a photo of the item and the packaging. If it arrived broken, does not match what was described, or fails prematurely, we replace it or refund you \u2014 <strong>return postage included<\/strong>.
